    We connected Zapier to handle the onboarding trigger events and used the Claude API to personalize each step:

  • When a client signs their contract (via PandaDoc), Zapier kicks off the onboarding sequence.
  • Claude generates a personalized welcome message based on the client's intake form answers and goals.
  • The system automatically sends the intake questionnaire, schedules the kickoff call (Calendly), grants access to the course platform (Teachable), and adds them to the private community (Circle).
